Creator Terms
Ownership
You retain full ownership of your social accounts, audience, and username. Renting your bio to a brand for a fixed period never transfers ownership of your account or identity.
Independent status
You use OwnMyBio as an independent creator, not as an employee, worker, or agent of OwnMyBio. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any tax or social contributions owed on your earnings in your own country.
Approval rights
No campaign appears on your public page without your explicit acceptance. You may reject any request, request a revision, or report prohibited content.
Category controls
You choose which brand categories you're open to. A default prohibited-category list (illegal products, hate/extremist content, explicit sexual content, scams, deceptive financial products, counterfeit products, undisclosed political campaigning) applies to every creator and cannot be overridden.
Payouts
Earnings become eligible for payout after a campaign completes and passes admin review, minus the platform fee. Payout timing depends on your connected Stripe Express account status.
Verification
OwnMyBio manually verifies account ownership via a bio code or screenshot in V1. Providing false verification information may result in suspension.
